CINDERELLA Camps

Come explore the enchanting fairy tale and classical ballet, Cinderella, led by Carlee Snyder Chastagner. Students will explore a new character each day including choreography, crafting props, and designing costumes, all while working on ballet technique and expanding their ballet vocabulary.

NUTCRACKER Camps

For the past 20 years, children have enjoyed the unforgettable magic of The Nutcracker with these summer camps. Led by Carlee Snyder Chastagner and Rosalind Avrett Jones, students will explore, in depth, the choreography, music and specialties of this timeless holiday tradition as presented by Colton Ballet Company, learning a different section of Nutcracker choreography each day.

Learning a Ballet Camp

Grade II-III students

Students will expand their formal classical ballet training and build confidence and creativity by gaining the understanding of the ins and outs of what goes into learning a ballet. Dancers will refine their technique and learn a choreographed piece specifically curated for this one-week program. Students will have the opportunity to learn the importance of staging, learning choreography and performance. At the end of the week, dancers will perform the ballet piece they have learned for family and friends during a small performance held at the studio.

Advanced Choreography Camp w/ Caitlin Phibbs

Rising Adv Gr III-Company Level

Students will explore the art of choreography with Colton Ballet Company Artistic Director, Caitlin Phibbs, by learning different techniques and tools to create a dance piece.  This will be a collaborative experience between Advanced students, Colton Ballet Company members, and Caitlin, that will culminate in an end-of-week presentation for family and friends at the studio.

Registration & Payment

  • There is a $20 registration fee per student.
  • Registration fee required to secure your child’s placement. 
  • Please drop off a check with your Registration Form or an invoice will be emailed to you.  
  • Each camp is limited to 15 students.  Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Please register at least a week before a camp begins. 
  • Your child will not be put on a camp roster until registration fee & full tuition has been paid.

How do I register and pay?

  • Step 1: Fill out a Registration Form (DOWNLOAD FORM)
  • Step 2: Email registration form to coltonballetschool@gmail.com or deliver to the Colton Ballet School office between the hours of 2-6pm Monday – Thursday.  
  • Step 3: Pay by sending a check with the registration form, or request an online invoice by emailing the office manager.  Credit Card Fees will apply.
